Patchnotesv1.2.6Jan 25, 2026, 06:25 PM

More Reliable Translations and Cleaner Link Previews

Translations are now more reliable: formatting, mentions and “special parts” are preserved more consistently. Also, link preview text from user messages is no longer accidentally included in the translation input, preventing duplicate preview blocks in translated outputs. On top of that, the normalizer was streamlined to save tokens/cost.

Highlights

  • No more duplicate link preview text in translations for regular user messages
  • Consistent translation behavior across context menu, public posting, /translate-reply and inline translations
  • Streamlined normalizer: fewer tokens/cost without noticeable quality loss
  • Placeholders and “special parts” are preserved more reliably, fewer translation fallbacks

Patchnotesv1.2.5Jan 22, 2026, 07:04 AM

Cheaper and more stable translations during bursts

We prevent duplicate translation calls during parallel requests and add short-lived caching for “no translatable text / translations restricted” to avoid repeated unnecessary work.

Highlights

  • Fewer duplicate translations during concurrent requests
  • Lower costs via short-lived negative caching
  • More robust across differing Redis client payload formats
  • Translation cache misses are now deduplicated via locking

Internal analytics: translation economy, pipeline view & context logging

Internal operator analytics improved: new Translation Economy admin page, “all time vs current pipeline”, normalizer cost comparison, and much more precise bot context attribution.

Highlights

  • More precise attribution per bot feature (fewer “unknown” entries)
  • More stable and consistent tracking in the background
  • Cleaner data foundation for analytics & optimization

  • Faster and more stable guarding with automatic recovery
  • Expanded alerts for risk and auto-trigger cases
  • Localized Protection Mode reasons and titles across all supported languages

v1.2.2 – Performance & Stability Hardening

This update optimizes internal cache integrity, improves AI error correction for protected elements, and increases the overall resilience of the translation pipeline.

Highlights

  • Efficient Caching: Reduced cache fragmentation via fast-normalization at the hashing level.
  • Heuristic Mask Repair: Automatic correction of AI formatting errors in code blocks and mentions.
  • Fail-Safe Architecture: Isolated Redis writes prevent request timeouts during cache latency.
  • Zero-Leak Policy: Prevents leaking internal placeholders in case of failed mask restoration.
