Version 1.6: Vote Credits, better translation flows, and stronger stability

Highlights

• Introduced the new Vote Credits system for Top.gg votes
• Votes can now be used for personal or guild translation capacity
• Reworked `/vote` into a guided wallet flow with clearer selection and better pool visibility
• `/subscription` now surfaces guild vote/pool information more clearly

• Fly.io sharding and leader leases now prevent duplicate gateway or leader startup
• Overlong localized Discord command texts were shortened and are now validated
• Fixed Finnish schedule preview placeholders
• The `Post translated` picker now closes correctly when the `Other...` modal opens
